and I am passionate about non bedside nursing.

Since 2017, Autonomic has been dedicated to helping nurses love their work.  Specially linking shift working nurses with non bedside roles.

With Beth at the front with a team of nurses behind the scenes, Autonomic uses their decades of nursing experience to combat nurse burnout.

We help the next generation of nurses to learn and experience everything that nursing has to offer, especially the non traditional options.

Autonomic has a goal to help nurses love their work by finding the right role for them and teach them strategies to deal with the complex nature of nursing.
